Alticon’s Developments Division is well positioned to identify potential income enhancing acquisitions and improved cost savings within the various department portfolios.
The strategy is to increase the portfolio by acquiring properties that offer attractive yields. Risk is managed by having a growing portfolio, as diversified as possible in terms of number of properties, spread of tenants, spread of locations throughout South Africa.
Assets are managed internally by the Executive Property Management provided by Realticon our property management division. We actively pursue property opportunities all over South Africa to further grow our property portfolio. Growth mechanisms include the purchase of property portfolios and sale and lease back acquisitions as well as growing through our property development division.
